Contract start and end date: 6 September 2026 to 6 September 2029, with options for two further 12-month extensions
Framework utilised: Crown Commercial Service Workforce Alliance Framework RM6281, Clinical and Healthcare Staffing – Multi-disciplinary Agency Managed Service, including Direct Engagement
Healthcare specialties: Medical and Dental, Nursing and Midwifery, AHP/HSS, and Admin and Clerical
Direct Engagement: Yes – provided by ID Medical Group Ltd for Medical and Dental staff as part of the managed service arrangement

Our response:
No third-party managed service provider operates the staff bank. The bank is managed in-house by the Trust’s Temporary Staffing Team and is technology-supported using RLDatix / Allocate Optima BankStaff. Medical staff use Medics on Duty for medical rostering.
