FOI Request

Dear Gloucestershire Health and Care FOI Team, Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request details of all vehicles currently used or operated by Gloucestershire Health and Care, whether owned, leased, or otherwise provided for use by the Trust. For each vehicle, please provide the following information: Make and model Body colour Date of first registration with the DVLA Date of the next MOT (where applicable - I am aware that vehicles under three years old are exempt from MOT testing) I would also be grateful if you could confirm whether the Trust itself holds the V5C registration documents for these vehicles, or whether these are retained by a leasing company or another third party. The information requested relates only to basic vehicle details and statutory roadworthiness requirements. It does not include registration marks or any personal data, and should therefore be straightforward to disclose. If possible, I would appreciate the information in a spreadsheet format such as CSV or Excel. Thank you for your assistance.
