Our response:
Types of processed meats served are ham and sausages.
Guidance/Policies:
Trust Food and Hygiene policy, HACCP food safety management system, suppliers are sourced through NHS supply chain procurement process and are BRCGS certified and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
