FOI Request

Dear Freedom of Information Team Please could I request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 1. The total number of stroke patients in the Trust and the number of stroke patients in the Trust that were: a) offered a six-month post-stroke review and b) had a six-month post-stroke review for each of the past 5 years, beginning with 2020. I look forward to your reply in the statutory 20 days. I would appreciate a reference number being provided so I can keep track of the request.

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below.

You asked:

1. The total number of stroke patients in the Trust and the number of stroke patients in the Trust that were:

a) offered a six-month post-stroke review

b) had a six-month post-stroke review for each of the past 5 years, beginning with 2020.

Our response:

Below is the number of patients per year who have had a 6 month post stroke follow-up.  We are unable to provide the total number of stroke patients in the Trust as we do not code conditions to individuals on our clinical system.
