Dear FOI Officer, I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please could you provide the following information: 1. 1. The total number of recorded incidents of slips, trips, and falls in home bathrooms involving patients within your Trust/Health Board for each calendar year from 2020 to September 2025. 2. 2.If available, a breakdown of these figures by: a. Age groups (50–59, 60–69, 70–79, 80–99, 100+) b. Gender (Male, Female) If any part of this request is unclear or would exceed the cost limit, please provide advice and assistance as required by Section 16 of the FOI Act.
