Dear FOI team, Under the FOI Act, please can you provide the following: 1. A copy of your Trusts SAR Policy and Information Sharing Policy 2. Copies of SOPs or documents used for training and guidance to your SAR staff (or the staff that processes SARs on behalf of the Trust) e.g. reviewing for third party material, recognising a SAR etc. 3. Our response:

The Trust does not have an Information Sharing Policy or a SAR Policy.  We do have an “Access to Records Policy”  link below;

The Band 4 supervises the Band 3 SAR Team on a day-to-day basis

Our response:

Compliance Rate 2022 = 94.76%

Compliance Rate 2023 = 83.64%

Compliance Rate 2024 = 96.85%

Compliance Rate 2025 = 99.25%
