FOI Request

Dear FOI team, I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide the following recorded information relating to robotic-assisted surgical platforms currently available within your trust. 1. For each robotic-assisted surgical platform currently available within your trust, please provide: • Manufacturer • Model • Date acquired or first brought into service • Whether the platform is owned, leased, rented, or accessed via another arrangement 2. For each platform listed above, please specify the surgical specialties that use it. 3. For each platform, please provide the recorded source(s) of funding used to acquire or access it (e.g., trust capital, charitable funding, lease payments, donations, managed service agreements, third party funding arrangements). 4. Where charitable or philanthropic funding contributed to the acquisition or access arrangements for any platform, please provide: • Name of the charitable organisation(s) • Amount contributed by each • Date the funding was received or allocated 5. Please provide the recorded annual cost of: • Maintenance or servicing • Consumables (if recorded separately) • The funding source(s) used to meet these costs (e.g., trust budgets, charitable sources, managed service contract, warranty) 6. For each platform, please confirm whether it was acquired via an NHS Supply Chain framework or another procurement route, as recorded.
