To assist with your response I have set out a short set of questions and response tables below, and attached the same tables as an Excel workbook, should that be easier to complete.

Our response:
Although the Trust has Radiology Departments within its Community Hospitals, it does not provide or manage the radiology imaging services, systems, AI tools, or interoperability standards referred to in your request. The Trust therefore does not hold the information requested.
