FOI Request

Dear FOI Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding your Trust's radiology and billing IT systems. To assist with your response I have set out a short set of questions and response tables below, and attached the same tables as an Excel workbook, should that be easier to complete. 1. Please provide details of your current Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). If any part of this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit, I would be grateful for your advice under Section 16 on how it could be refined; I would be happy to receive the most recent single year in place of the full three-year period if that helps keep it within the limit. Where an exemption applies to any part, please indicate it and release any non-exempt elements. I look forward to your response. Best,

FOI Response
