1. Please briefly outline the relevant services within outpatient and/or community physiotherapy that you are commissioned to provide for musculoskeletal conditions, and any services that are specific to back pain?

What is the current average waiting time for a musculoskeletal physiotherapy appointment for a new referral or self-referral for non-specific lower back pain? if you are not able to answer this specifically for low back pain please provide the figure for musculoskeletal physiotherapy more generally in your service.

We are now looking to update that information for the last year and we would like to make another FOI request regarding the waiting times for specialist multi disciplinary Tier 3.* community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services CAMHS.. We noted in our previous request you were unable to provide wait to treatment data, and we wondered whether this was something which could now be provided. Our request consists of five questions: Wait to initial appointment 1. Overall based on the total number of referrals to Community CAMHS, what is your minimum, maximum and median waiting times in days from the date referral received to initial appointment with healthcare professional this includes a CHOICE or triage appointment and/or telephone or video call assessments.? 2. What is your minimum, maximum and median waiting times in days from the date referral received to initial appointment with healthcare professional broken down by primary reason for referral? Wait to treatment 3. Overall based on the total number of referrals to Community CAMHS, what is your minimum, maximum and median waiting times in days from the date referral received to start of treatment? Please provide data for the previous four full financial years 2017/2018, 2018/2019, 2019/2020, and 2020/2021.. 4. In the last two financial years 2019/2020, 2020/2021., what is your minimum, maximum and median waiting times in days from the date referral received to start of treatment broken down by primary reason for referral? 5. Early Help and Targeted Services.  This may be some CAMHS services, but also covers school based or community counselling, educational psychologist support, targeted youth support teams, and family support. • Tier 3. Please could I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act on the treatment of patients with Long Covid at your NHS Trust.
1. The number of patients who have been referred for assessment at your trust’s Long Covid clinic, in the period between December 2020 and 31 March 2021. If possible, please could I have this data broken down by day.
2. Of these, the number of patients who were assessed and then the number that were offered treatment over the same period. If possible, please could I have this information broken down by the type of treatment offered, e.g. physiotherapy, rehabilitation services, or other specialist treatment.
3. The average waiting time in days between a patient being referred for assessment at the Long Covid clinic and receiving treatment. 4. The five longest waiting times for patients between being referred for assessment at the Long Covid clinic and receiving treatment. I would prefer to receive this information in electronic format at this email address.

I am the lead for the national Evidence 4 Quality Improvement ‘Q Exchange’ project see https://q.health.org.uk/idea/2019/evidencebasedqi-putting-our-heads-together/.. We believe that there is no current comprehensive mapping available of quality improvement capability across the NHS. This request is to enable us to create this and fill this ‘gap’ in our collective knowledge and the output will be made freely available.
We would like to know, please:
