I am writing to make a request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide the following:
1. Whether or not the Trust has been providing SELR Structured English Language Reference. to Doctors with job offers for the Doctors to obtain GMC registration so that they can work in the Trust.
2. If Yes to Question 1, please provide a breakdown by the number of Doctors per month given a SELR by the Trust for the past 36 months across every grade Consultant, Middle Grade, and Junior. and specialty eg Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Radiology, etc…
3. Whether or not the Trust has been employing Doctors via MTI Medical Training Initiative..
4. If Yes to Question 3, please provide a breakdown by the number of Doctors per month employed on MTI for the past 10 years across every grade Consultant, Middle Grade, and Junior. and specialty eg Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Radiology, etc…
Please provide the results in excel spreadsheet format or an alternative format.

My team and I are currently looking at orthotic and prosthetic service provision in the UK. We are making a Freedom of Information FOI. request with a view to gain an understanding of the current NHS provision in the following topics.
Orthotics

a. Does your trust/board provide a contracted orthotic service or a NHS in house service?
b. If your service is run by a contractor: i. please name them

1. Please name all mental health wards you are operating. For each ward, please state whether they are low/medium/high secure and to which kind of ward it belongs to out of the following: a. Child and Adolescent Mental Health Wards
b. Adult Mental Health Wards
c. Learning Disabilities Wards
d. Older People’s Mental Health Wards
2. For each of the identified wards, please state if they have secure outdoor spaces that patients can access and use. To clarify outdoor spaces, I am referring to any outdoor area belonging to ward that can be accessed by its patients. This includes gardens, courtyards or any other similar space.
3. If such spaces exist, please provide guidelines that specify the use of secure outdoor spaces. If no guidelines exist, please provide answers to the following questions:
a. Can the secure outdoor spaces be used by all patients? b. How many patients can be in these spaces at the same time? c. Can all patients freely access these spaces whenever they want or need to? 4. For each of such spaces, please state its size in square meters. 5. If possible, could you also provide the makeup of the outdoor space. This refers to whether the space is concrete or has grassy areas. Please detail which of the two makes up the majority of the outdoor space. 6. Please state if there have been any changes to the use of secure outdoor spaces because of the Covid-19 pandemic. If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request. If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined, I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.

Reading through your new attached request, it would appear the questions differ slightly and are now only subject to Mental Health. Therefore, can you please confirm you wish us to disregard your original request and now only work to collate the information together and answer the questions in your attached FOI Request?
Once confirmed, I will make the team aware of the change and ask that they gather the information as quickly as possible, but as this would be deemed as a new request due to the change in questions. we do have 20 days to comply. I will however chase an update on this end to ensure we get a response to you before the 20 day cut-off.
