FOI Request

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information: Has the trust used the Crown Commercial Service RM6277 Non-Clinical Temporary and Fixed-Term Staff framework agreement since its launch? If so, please provide: The total value of any call-offs or contracts made under RM6277 during the period April 2024 to March 2025. The names of the suppliers engaged through this framework. The departments or business areas within the trust that have used the framework. The dates and duration of the contracts awarded.

You asked:

Has the trust used the Crown Commercial Service RM6277 Non-Clinical Temporary and Fixed-Term Staff framework agreement since its launch?

If so, please provide:

  • The total value of any call-offs or contracts made under RM6277 during the period April 2024 to March 2025.
  • The names of the suppliers engaged through this framework.
  • The departments or business areas within the trust that have used the framework.
  • The dates and duration of the contracts awarded.

Our response:

The framework has been in place since 2023 and covers 185 suppliers across 7 areas of speciality, the Trust does not hold the information requested.
