1. Have you got a family leave policy to share for this guidance and how you will process the leave for colleagues?
Our response:
Our guidance around Neonatal Leave and Pay is currently being produced and the leave for colleagues is recorded through ESR by Workforce team and Payroll team processes it
You asked:
Lease Cars
2. We are looking to add to our current guidance around scenarios where colleagues have a lease car and then for example, go on maternity leave, return on reduced days which could put them below the national minimum wage which could revoke the car. This could also apply to any substantive employees who adjust their hours for example. How do you support colleagues in this situation?

We have not experienced these type of scenarios
