FOI Request

Dear the Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, I hope you are well. I’m a reporter for the Colchester Gazette and Newsquest. I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to obtain the following information: • The number of miscarried babies that were reported as discarded, lost, or contaminated in the Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust for the past five years. • A breakdown of these incidents by year • A breakdown of any costs due to these incidents • A breakdown of hours spent by NHS workers either attempting to find or reporting or spending time on these incidents This FOI follows this article https://www.gazette-news.co.uk/news/25393764.essex-womans-miscarried-baby-lost-hospital-contaminated/. Please provide this information in an electronic format. If this request is too broad or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me to provide advice and assistance on how to refine it.
