Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information: 1. The current average waiting time for patients to access your mental health services. 2. The total number of patients currently on waiting lists for mental health services. Please provide the most recent figures you hold (as of September 2025), ideally in spreadsheet format (Excel/CSV).

Our response:

The average waiting time in days from the referral date to 12 October 2025 for people on community mental health service caseloads, excluding neurodiversity services, who are waiting for their first assessment and treatment appointment.

Note: People may be counted more than once as they can have multiple referrals to difference mental health services.  As the Trust’s neurodiversity services are experiencing long waits, they have been shown separately.
