Our response:

Functions are combined across a few roles.

As identified above, a Service Development Manager, as part of the work of the Partnerships Team, has responsibility for coordinating co-production and participation work. Therefore, relevant functions are combined and supported by a small team, this includes: our Expert by Experience programmes for adults and children and young people (Youth Voice), coordinating our involvement, inclusion, and coproduction functions as an organisation, i.e. events, engagement, support and groups that enable us as an organisation to involve people and communities in a range of Trust activities and decision making opportunities.
