You asked:

5. During the financial year 2023/24, which international recruitment partners did the trust use, if any? Who are they planning to use for 2025/26? Who is the responsible officer who decides this?

Our response:

The Trust used ID Medical, Sanctuary and Charkos as international recruitment partners during the financial year 2023/24.

For 2025/2026 the Trust is not planning any international recruitment.

The responsibility of the decision is a combination between GHC Trust’s Procurement Manager and Recruitment Business Partner (Head of Service), however the Trust is required to use agencies that are registered via the NHS Employers agency framework.

You asked:

6. How many international Doctors/Nurse/AHP did the trust receive in the financial year 2023/24?

Our response:

9 nurses, 1 doctor

You asked:

7. What was the international recruitment spend Bifurgted by Doctors/Nurses/AHP by the trust for the financial year 23/24?

Our response:

The total spend in the financial year 23/24 was £225,053. The Trust does not record or report on information in a way that would enable us to provide a response to specific split details, but the majority is nurses, followed by doctors and then AHPs.
