We are writing on behalf of the trustees of C diff Trust (Charity Commission no.1210298), a new charity to support patients, carers and healthcare professionals to recognise and manage C. difficile infections.
Under the Freedom of Information Act, please can you tell us:
What information material do you provide to patients diagnosed with C. difficile infection in your care? If possible, please provide either the material or a link to this information if available?

Please see below the leaflet that should be given to the patient at the time of diagnosis and the alert card that is given to the patient prior to discharge.
