Freedom of Information request In-Patient Deaths

Response published: 11 March 2026

FOI Request

Good evening, I hope this email finds you well. Please could I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act: 1. The number of inpatients in your Trust who died in each year since 2015. 2. The number of these inpatients who were under the age of 18. Please could you provide this information by email, preferably in a spreadsheet. If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request. Many thanks and best wishes,
