FOI Request

I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information relating to the diagnosis and treatment of hip fractures for patients presenting at your Minor Injuries department, broken down by year, for the past four calendar years (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) up to and including 03 May 2025: · The number of patients who presented at Minor Injuries with hip pain and were referred for: X-Ray o MRI scan. · Of those who underwent an X-ray only, how many had negative or inconclusive results but were later diagnosed with a femoral neck or other hip fracture? If the request exceeds the cost exemption, as per s12 of the 2000 Act, please advise me on how to amend my request accordingly.

Of these, the number sent for X-Ray was as follows.  Note that this would be X-Ray facilities within our MIIUs.  Although we have X-Ray facilities on site, the data itself belongs to our local Acute Trust Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

X-Ray and MRI is Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust data, therefore we do not have the outcomes to respond to this question.
