Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information regarding the use of halogen lighting within your Trust's estate. 1. Does the Trust currently use halogen lighting systems in any operating theatres (including surgical theatre lighting and/or general theatre illumination)? 2. Does the Trust currently use halogen light bulbs or halogen lighting systems elsewhere within the hospital estate (including wards, corridors, outpatient areas, offices, plant rooms, or other facilities)? 3. If the answer to either question 1 or 2 is yes, please provide: The date(s) or year(s) when the relevant lighting systems or bulbs were purchased. The date(s) or year(s) when they were installed. 4. If the answer to either question 1 or 2 is yes, please provide: The manufacturer name. The model number, product code, or other identifying reference for the lighting system and/or bulbs. 5. If the requested information is held in multiple records or asset registers, I would be grateful for the most recent information available. If this request handles information that is already publicly available or held in your disclosure log, please direct me to the relevant links. You asked:

Our response:

The Trust does not use halogen lighting system or halogen bulbs, therefore we are unable to answer your questions.
