2. For each mortuary your Trust operates, please provide:
a. The name of the mortuary
b. The total number of admissions per year, for the years 2020-2025
c. The total number of autopsies per year, for the years 2020-2025
d. The types of autopsy completed (e.g. consented hospital coroners, community coroners, paediatric, forensic, category 3 high-risk)
e. The job titles and FTE status for each member of staff employed in the mortuary (please include staff who are based solely in the mortuary, not cross-covering other departments)
Our response:
Not applicable. The Trust does not operate any mortuaries. Please re-direct your request to Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust at ghn-tr.foi@nhs.net.
