Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below.

You asked:

1) Does your Rheumatology Department prescribe Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitors for severe cases of rheumatoid arthritis?;
2) If it does what JAK inhibitors are available/prescribed?;
3) Does your Rheumatology Department prescribe JAK Inhibitor Baricitinib (Olumiant) in table form?

Our response:

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust do not have a Rheumatology department or provide Rheumatology services, we are therefore unable to provide the information requested. Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, however, do have a Rheumatology department and provide Rheumatology services. If you direct your questions there, they will be able to assist you, their FOI email address is ghn-tr.foi@nhs.net.
