The total number of instances of forced tranquilisation for the restraint of mental health patients in Emergency Departments in your trust each month, from the most recent month you have data for this, to as far back as records go.
Our response:
The Trust does not have Emergency Departments. Please re-direct your request to Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust at ghn-tr.foi@nhs.net.
