We would be most grateful if you could provide us, under the Freedom of Information Act, with some information regarding current Fire Alarms & Fire Suppression Systems in place. The details we require are: - Hardware Brand: The primary hardware brand of the organisation’s: a. Fire Alarms b. Sprinklers c. Fire extinguishers d. Fire Doors - Existing Supplier: If there is more than one supplier, please split each contract up individually. - Contract Type: What is included in the current contracts with these suppliers? Comprehensive, Semi Comprehensive including call outs, Basic Service Only. - Contract duration, end date and review date of the current contracts with these suppliers. - On average, what is the annual spend on each of these systems for the Trust? - Contact Detail: Of the person from with the organisation responsible for each contract with details including full name, job title, direct contact number and direct email address. - If the contract is a managed by an outside Facility Management Company, please can you provide all the relevant details with including the contact details of the responsible person from the FM (Facilities Management) Company.
