You asked:
1. If the FDP is currently live at your trust and you are using any of the following four apps:
Referral to Treatment (RTT) validation tool Inpatient Care co-ordination solution (Inpatient CSS) tool Outpatient Care co-ordination solution (outpatient CSS) tool Patient Led Validation (PLV) tool
a) Please can you provide the total number of waiting list removals, removed using or as a result of using these apps, per app in the last 12 months.
b) Please can you provide a breakdown of total removals related to each app by Index of Multiple Deprivation quintile? Please can these be presented as counts and percentages (e.g. 20% of removals fell into IMD1).
c) Please can you give a breakdown of total removals related to each app by age group. Suggested age brackets are <18, 18-25, 26-34, 35-49, 50-65, >65,- Please can these figures be presented as counts and percentages.
d) Please can you give a break down of total removals related to each app by sex. Please can these figures be presented as counts and percentages.
e) In regards to the patients who were removed from waiting lists referenced in part a), how many were re-referred to the waiting list they were removed from within one month? Please can these figures be presented as counts and percentages.
Our response:
The FDP is not currently live at the Trust. The Trust is not using any of the four apps listed in your request. As a result, the Trust has no waiting list removals to report in relation to those apps, and no associated breakdowns by IMD quintile, age group, sex, or re-referral within one month are held.
