Dear Information Team This is an information request relating to the cost of drugs going out of date. Please include the following information, broken down by the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 • What is the total value of drugs that have been disposed of due to going past their expiry date in each year • The top five drugs disposed of in each year measured by the value of the drugs disposed If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact me via email or phone and I will be very happy to clarify what I am asking for. Our response:

The Trust does not keep a record of drugs disposed of, therefore we are unable to provide a response to your questions.
