I would like to request the following information regarding your current contracts for EPR (Electronic Patient Records): Please may you provide a CSV or Excel doc containing a list of these contracts outlined as per categories 1-8: 1. Contract scope - Title and description of the service 2. The incumbent supplier 3. Start date 4. End date - If there are any potential extensions, please confirm this 5. Route to market - The procurement method used (e.g., open procedure, restricted procedure). If a framework or DPS was applicable, please provide its name 6. Total contract value 7. Annual contract value 8.
