Freedom of Information request EHRC consultation

Response published: 24 February 2026

FOI Request

Dear Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, I hope you are well. Between 20 May and 30 June 2025, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) ran a consultation on proposed changes to their Code of practice for services, public functions and associations (the consultation). I would like to please request a copy of your trust's response to this consultation. I am aware some bodies submitted responses to the consultation via the EHRC's web form, while others submitted documents formatted themselves. I would be grateful if you could provide me with what was submitted to the EHRC by the trust, in whatever format it is held - whether a document that was copied from into the EHRC's form, a PDF file, a printout of the completed form, or however you hold the information. If you have already published this information then I apologise and would be grateful please if you could direct me to where exactly it is available. Yours faithfully,
