Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), Neuropathy, and Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) - 2015–Present I am asking whether your Trust holds any activity data relating to patients who already have these diagnoses, including: - community nursing contacts - community therapy or rehabilitation contacts - community outpatient episodes - community inpatient episodes - any other activity recorded under these conditions (if applicable) If your Trust does not hold any activity data for patients with these conditions, please confirm this explicitly.
