Community Neurology Service is a specialist rehabilitation multidisciplinary team including: Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language therapy and Psychology covering the whole of Gloucestershire. Referrals can be made by GP, consultant, clinical specialist nurse or other allied health professionals in the first instance.
