FOI Request

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide the following information for your Trust for the period from 1st April 2025 to the date of this request: 1. Agency Spend Breakdown (April 2025 – Present) For each month, please provide the total amount spent on: a. Clinical Nurses: • Via NHS-approved framework agencies • Via off-framework agencies Please separate the above by Agenda for Change (AfC) banding levels (e.g. Band 2, Band 5, Band 6, etc.). b. Medical Doctors: • Via NHS-approved framework agencies • Via off-framework agencies Please break down the above by grade (e.g. FY1, SHO, Registrar, Consultant) and specialty (e.g. A&E, General Medicine, Psychiatry). 2. Agency Details Please provide the names of the agencies used in each category above (framework and off-framework) for nurses and doctors. 3.
