Schedule 3A, 3B or 3C or equivalents: Describing national currencies and any local prices that apply to the services
Our response:
We apply exemption S 43(2) – Commercial Interest of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
We are withholding the information requested as its disclosure would be likely to prejudice the commercial interest of the company. Disclosure could undermine future procurement processes. The public interest in maintaining this exemption out weighs the interest in disclosure in this instance.
