Dear FOI Team, I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide details on the Trust’s provision of ADHD, Autism, and CAMHS therapy services across Children’s and Adults’ pathways. 1. Service Availability For each of the services below, please confirm whether the Trust directly provides the service, commissions it externally, or does not provide it: Children’s Services • Children’s ADHD assessments • Children’s Autism assessments • CAMHS therapy services (please specify the therapy types delivered: e.g. CBT, family therapy, psychotherapy, group interventions, etc.) Adult Services • Adult ADHD assessments • Adult Autism assessments 2. Responsible Team For each service that is provided or commissioned, please confirm: • The team name responsible for delivering or overseeing the service. • The directorate, care group, or division under which the service sits. 3. Waiting List Ownership For each service, please provide: • The job title (and name, if permissible) of the individual responsible for managing or overseeing the waiting list. • Whether the waiting list is managed internally by the Trust or by an external commissioned provider. 4. Additional Context (If Available) Where possible, please also share: • Whether the service is delivered in-house, through an external partner, or via a mixed model. • Any published pathway documents, service specifications, or summaries relating to ADHD, Autism, or CAMHS therapies. Children’s Services
• Children’s ADHD assessments
• Children’s Autism assessments

Adult Services
• Adult ADHD assessments
• Adult Autism assessments

Our response:

Adult ADHD Assessments –  The Trust provides an adult ADHD service for those aged 18 years onwards. This is commissioned to provide assessments, medication titration and medication reviews

Adult Autism Assessments – The Trust provides an adult Autism service for those aged 18 years onwards. This is commissioned to provide assessments, Post diagnostic education and one off occupational therapy.

Children’s ADHD Assessments – The Trust provides a Children’s ADHD service for those aged 0-18 years. This is commissioned to provide assessments, medication titration and medication reviews.

Children’s Autism Assessments – The Trust provides a Children’s Autism service for those aged 0-18 years. This is commissioned to provide assessments and post diagnostic education.

Children’s CAMHS Service – The Trust provide a Children’s CAMHS service for those aged 0 to 18 years. This is commissioned to provide CBT, family therapy, psychotherapy, NVR, EMDR, Creative Therapy, DBT. Interventions are delivered either individually or as group interventions.

Our response:

Adult ADHD Assessments / Adult Autism Assessments – Both services sit under the Adult Community Ph/MH/LD Directorate within our Trust.

Children’s ADHD Assessments / Children’s Autism Assessments / Children’s CAMHS Service – The children’s Autism and ADHD Service (CAAAS) and the Children and Mental Health Service (CAMHS) sit under the Children’s Community Ph/MH/LD Directorate within out Trust.

You asked:

3. Waiting List Ownership – For each service, please provide:

• The job title (and name, if permissible) of the individual responsible for managing or overseeing the waiting list.
• Whether the waiting list is managed internally by the Trust or by an external commissioned provider.

Our response:

Adult ADHD Assessments / Adult Autism Assessments – Operational Lead for adult ADHD and adult Autism assessment service.  The waiting list is managed internally by the Trust.

Children’s ADHD Assessments / Children’s Autism Assessments / Children’s CAMHS Service – Operational Lead for the Children’s Autism and ADHD Assessment Service (CAAAS) and Children’s CAMHS.  The waiting list is managed internally by the Trust.

Our response:

Adult ADHD Assessments / Adult Autism Assessments / Children’s ADHD Assessments / Children’s Autism Assessments / Children’s CAMHS Service  – The services are delivered in-house by the Trust.
