We do not use the term: Sexual Misconduct, we use Sexual Safety.
1. Do all hospitals in your Trust have a reporting system for sexual misconduct? If the answer is ‘no’, please share how many hospitals within your Trust do have a reporting system for sexual misconduct and how many do not. We have a risk management system, where all incidents related to sexual safety are reported, by categories, and subcategories.

This is a risk management system, where all incidents are reported, including Sexual Safety, the management, and directors, along with specialists from corporate services, are notified immediately and the incident is submitted, depending on their profile. In addition, the systems provide module for Patient Experience; concerns, complaints, and compliments, Risk – Operational, Safety Alerts, NICE Guidance, Mortality, etc.
