2. For each type of OT e.g., day, general, obstetrics etc.., please provide the number of OTs:
a. With no ventilation system 0
b. With a ‘conventional’ ventilation system 2, Day case
c. With an Ultra Clean Ventilation UCV. / laminar flow ventilation system 0
d. That are ‘Integrated’ OTs e.g. connected by a digital control panel.
3. The number of OT ventilation system that were refurbished/replaced in the last 5 years. For each, please list the supplier and capital cost of the equipment 0
