Freedom of Information Request Good afternoon, I write under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to the use of zero hours contracts by the Trust. Please could you provide the following information: • Whether the Trust has a policy regarding the use of zero hours contracts • The total number and percentage of employees employed on zero hours contracts I would prefer to receive the information electronically. If you require any clarification, please contact me under your Section 16 duty to provide advice and assistance if you find any aspect of this FOI request problematic.

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below 1. Whether the Trust has a policy regarding the use of zero hours contracts – No but we have a bank worker agreement for our bank workers who are on zero hours but are not employees
2. The total number and percentage of employees employed on zero hours contracts – As above, there are 854 bank only workers 16% when compared to the whole Trust. on zero hour contracts not employees.
