Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below:
1. Please provide the following statistics from across the Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 to date., itemised by year.
For the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 to date., itemised by year. Note that these are calendar years as requested, rather than our normal financial years. The 2022 figure is to 11/07/2022

2. Operational deployments by the Heart Failure Team.
Although will hold the information requested across systems we do not as a Trust or within the service monitor the service activity in this way that would answer your question. We would therefore need employ someone to pull this information together in order to answer your question. The cost of pulling this information together we estimate would take more than 18 hours which in turn would exceed the £450 limit as outlined in section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act.
