The High Intensity Network organisation https://highintensitynetwork.org. has publicly identified your trust as a provider of the Serenity Integrated Model SIM. for patients with high-intensity crisis use.
I am therefore seeking any and all information including related correspondence, documentation or other supporting data that is eligible for disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act. held relating to the following:
