Please provide the number of new diagnoses for the years 2017, 18, 19, 20 and 2021 relating to:
1. Heart attack, heart disease or other non-congenital heart complaint.
2. Stroke
3. Thrombosis or other blood clotting disorder.
4. Paralysis partial or complete..
5. AIDS or other immunodeficiency disease.
6. Alzheimer’s disease
7. Prion disease
8. Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease
9. Miscarriage
10.Birth defect
11. Aplastic anaemia Unfortunately this does not relate to Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust. Can we therefore suggest that you contact Gloucestershire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust who should be able to provide this information.
