Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request information regarding connectivity between devices used at the hospital bedside and electronic patient notes. Could you please assist by answering the following questions, using the latest available data:

2. Does your hospital trust current use electronic patient notes? – This is also known as EPR (Electronic Patient Records) system.
3. Do you use any ward-based devices that connect to your EPR system? Examples maybe devices that monitor the patient’s vital signs. If yes, please provide examples of the devices name and model number.

IV Fluid Bags
I am writing to ask for some information under a freedom of information request.
Specifically please could you provide me with the following information:
1. Over the last 5 years how many IV fluid bags have been bought/used by your trust (can you please give in X bags/year)?
2. For the amounts in answer 1, can you advise what different types were used ie what was the saline concentration, different size bags, any bags containing pre-mixed medication other than saline etc?
3. What brands/makes of IVbags do you purchase? Are they bought directly from the manufacturer or via a distributor?
4. Is there a contract in place for purchasing IV Fluids, and if so when does the current contract expire?
5. What is the average unit price for normal saline solution? Has this price changed in the last 5 years?
