This includes: Employment – a range of priorities are captured in our People Plan; Procurement of Goods and services – we are aligned to national priorities to purchase more locally and incorporate social value into contracts; Environmental sustainability – our net zero and environmental priorities are captured in our Green Plan; Use of Buildings and Capital – our Estates strategy captures our priorities to purchase and contract locally, we are also testing and a social value approach to assessing tenders; Partnership working – we are committed to the One Gloucestershire working with our health and care system partners, local communities and people with lived experience of our services to design, improve and develop services and how we operate as an organisation. We will be repeating our Anchor Institution self-assessment later this year.
