I am writing today to initiate an FOI request. 1. I would like to know the exact figures for the number of employees within Gloucestershire Health and Care Foundation NHS Trust who are currently listed by the trust as having a formal diagnosis of any mental health condition. 2. I should also like to know the number of staff members who have been suspended from their duties in the last 5 years/60 months, as well as the proportion of these staff who have/had a diagnosis of a mental health condition at the time of their suspension. 3. Additionally, I would like to know the numbers of complaints made against the trust in regards to the bullying, harassment and/or discrimination of its staff in the last 5 years/60 months. 4. I would also like to know the number of complaints made against the trust in regard to data protection and information governance in the last 5 years/60 months.

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below.
1. I would like to know the exact figures for the number of employees within Gloucestershire Health and Care Foundation NHS Trust who are currently listed by the trust as having a formal diagnosis of any mental health condition.
We do not hold this information as staff are not required to declare if they have any formal health diagnosis. 2. I should also like to know the number of staff members who have been suspended from their duties in the last 5 years/60 months, as well as the proportion of these staff who have/had a diagnosis of a mental health condition at the time of their suspension.
We can respond to the first half of this question but not the second half as we do not hold this information. In respect of the number of staff who have been suspended from their duties in the last 5 years 06/02/2018-06/02/2023. the information we have available indicates in total 33 staff have been suspended from work duties for some or all of the time whilst a disciplinary investigation has taken place. During that period between 06/02/2018 and 30/09/2020 only information for 2g staff is held. For the period 01/10/2020-05/02/2023 the figure includes all GHC staff.
3. Additionally, I would like to know the numbers of complaints made against the trust in regards to the bullying, harassment and/or discrimination of its staff in the last 5 years/60 months.
We do not hold this information as there are a number of ways a concern can be raised, e.g. raising a grievance, the Work in Confidence system, Paul’s Open Door, using the process the Dignity at Work Policy / Bullying & Harassment Policy, through a concern which results in a disciplinary investigation, Datix report, Freedom to Speak Up Guardian. How a complaint is raised and the level at which it was raised e.g. informal or formal. will affect if it has been recorded and by which team / area. 4. I would also like to know the number of complaints made against the trust in regard to data protection and information governance in the last 5 years/60 months.
