FOI Response

Freedom of Information Request – Ref: FOI 429-2023
Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response in a separate attachment.
Please note that the reason 2020 is split into 3 reports, is because we didn’t merge the risk management system, and launch it until April 2020, following the merger of Gloucestershire Care Services, and 2gether. Unfortunately, the three systems categorise the sexual safety incidents differently, and back then 2gether, and Herefordshire Mental Health, were combined.
We will not be able to respond to questions 6 and 7 as the police would have dealt with those situations.
