2. For the period 1st Jan 2022 to 31st Dec 2023, please provide statistics for the number of internally documented incidents that may have included a sexual assault element within GHC Trust Hospitals, where possible, distinguishing numbers between the different inpatient settings
3. For the period 1st Jan 2022 to 31st Dec 2023, please provide statistics for the number of incidents of potential sexual assaults within GHC Trust Hospitals that were reported to Gloucestershire Police, where possible, distinguishing numbers between the different inpatient settings
4. For the period 1st Jan 2022 to 31st Dec 2023, please provide statistics for the number of incidents of potential sexual assaults or similar behaviours towards vulnerable patients within GHC Trust Hospitals that were reported to Gloucestershire Local Authority Safeguarding, where possible, distinguishing numbers between the different inpatient settings

For the period 1st Jan 2022 to 31st Dec 2023, please provide statistics for the number of incidents of potential sexual assaults or similar behaviours towards vulnerable patients within GHC Trust Hospitals that were reported to Care Quality Commission, where possible, distinguishing numbers between the different inpatient settings. Please also confirm whether CQC inspected during this period and what information excluding personal data. was disclosed to the inspection about sexual assaults within inpatient settings.
