Please answer questions 1 - 5 for the two following time periods: 1st April 2019 to 31 March 2020 1st April 2020 to 31 March 2021 With regards to the children and young people CYP. referred to and/or treated by your CAMH services, please tell me: 1. How many times CYP referred to and/or treated by your services were admitted to general medical wards for eating disorders for refeeding and medical stabilisation with relation to their eating disorder, including treatment electrolyte abnormalities? 2. How many times were CYP referred to and/or treated by your services admitted to general medical wards following incidents of self harm and / or attempted suicides? 3. Of CYP treated on medical wards during this time period for reasons outlined in questions 1 and 2, how many were held under the Mental Health Act? 4. Of CYP treated on medical wards during this time period for reasons outlined in questions 1 and 2, how many were forcibly restrained? 5. During this time period, how many CYP referred to or treated by your services died as a result of: 5.a. their eating disorder i.e., organ failure resulting from eating disorder behaviours and/or malnutrition.? 5.b. suicide 5.c. accidental suicidal and / or drug overdose

We do not cover eating disorders within our
CAMHS service.
2. How many times were CYP referred to
and/or treated by your services admitted to
general medical wards following incidents
of self-harm and / or attempted suicides?
We do not collect this information to be able to
report.
3. Of CYP treated on medical wards during
this time period for reasons outlined in
questions 1 and 2, how many were held
under the Mental Health Act?
We do not collect this information to be able to
report.
4. Of CYP treated on medical wards during
this time period for reasons outlined in
questions 1 and 2, how many were forcibly
