Do you use any applications or tools to communicate with your patients digitally? We only communicate with patients electronically through SMS appointment reminders.
I am interested in all aspects of patient communication, but particularly:
– Pre- and post-operative communication
– eConsent
– Outpatients
– Emergency Care
– Patient engagement at home
– Patient satisfaction
Please advise of the individuals. name and/or job title. with responsibility for developing digital communications with patients. Friends & Family forms patient satisfaction. are sent out via BI & there are on-line appointments.
Laura Collins-Mills
Head of Digital Transformation
Also, do you have performance targets for monitoring patient satisfaction? There isn’t a performance target as such as present, but we do have to report on our results of the FFT Friends and Family Test. surveys nationally on a monthly basis and we report on number of responses received and the level of satisfaction i.e. how many of the respondents gave a satisfaction rate of good or very good.
The FFT is undertaken through a variety of methods, most of these are electronic through text message, email or iPads, but we also offer paper surveys where this is more appropriate.
If so, please advise of the individuals. name and/or job title. with responsibility for monitoring or reporting on these targets. Marit Endresen
Patient Survey Manager
