If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request. Can the data please be provided in a table format for each point. Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below.
1. The total number of CAMHS referrals
closed before treatment began from April
1st 2020 – March 31st 2021 or the nearest
possible date..
Please note, we cannot provide meaningful data
about start of treatment as we are still waiting for
national definitions on “treatment” and we have
changed our practice and recording procedures.
Therefore, until we receive the national
methodology of how to report treatments we
cannot answer your FOI Request.
