1. The total amount that the trust has spent on the Good Governance Institute’s services since
2015
– £5841.60 inc. VAT.
2. A breakdown of the specific work that the Good Governance Institute has completed for the
trust e.g. well-led reviews..
– Preparation and delivery of a standalone board development workshop in September
2020 on risk appetite.
3. The basis on which the trust chose the Good Governance Institute as an external facilitator
for such reviews, should this be applicable.
– GGI was chosen to deliver this course based on their track record and expertise in this
area.
4. Please supply the personal data that you hold about me, which I am entitled to receive under data
protection law, held in emails between members of staff at the trust and the following from 01 May 2023
to 13 June 2023 or the latest possible date:
