1. How many Trust Executives do you have within the trust? 9 Executives and 7 Non-Executives. 2. A list of the Trust Executive level roles, with their banding Further details about our Execs/Non-Execs can be found on our Trust website. https://www.ghc.nhs.uk/
Exemption Section 41 applies to part of this question. We cannot disclose what banding specific Executives are on. However, agenda for change pay rates are published publically, please see below link.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined, I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
