1. CQC patient surveys: Urgent and Emergency Care Children and Young Peoples Inpatient Community Mental Health Adult Inpatient Maternity To confirm, the only survey relevant to Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust is ‘Community Mental Health’. Contracted supplier: Iqvia previously Quality Health.
Contract renewal: Contract is for current survey year 2022. only

2. NHS PROMs patient Reported Outcome Measures.for hip and knee replacements This is not relevant to Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust. 3. NHS National Staff Survey Supplier is IQVIA formerly Quality Health.
Contract is due for renewal in 2022

4. Quarterly Staff Friends and Family test now called National Quarterly Pulse Survey. Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust use the national system provided by Staff Experience and Engagement Team, People Directorate, NHS England and NHS Improvement.
No contract/renewal date in place.
5. Patient Friends and Family Test. No contractor. The patient FFT is carried out in-house using Snap Surveys software. Managed by the Patient and Carer Experience Team. Main contact : Marit Endresen, Patient Survey Manager
